At Kaynat Glorious Public School (KGPS), we believe that a positive learning environment is built upon mutual respect, discipline, integrity, and responsibility. This Code of Conduct serves as a guiding framework for students, parents, teachers, and staff to ensure a safe, inclusive, and productive school community.
Code of Conduct for Students
Students are expected to uphold the values and standards of the school at all times.
Students Shall:
- Respect teachers, staff members, fellow students, and visitors.
- Attend school regularly and arrive on time.
- Wear the prescribed school uniform neatly and with pride.
- Maintain discipline and appropriate behavior inside and outside the school campus.
- Complete assignments, projects, and academic responsibilities sincerely.
- Respect school property and help maintain a clean and orderly environment.
- Participate actively in academic, co-curricular, and sports activities.
- Use technology and digital resources responsibly.
- Demonstrate honesty, integrity, and fairness in all school-related activities.
- Follow safety guidelines and school rules at all times.
Students Shall Not:
- Engage in bullying, harassment, discrimination, or intimidation.
- Use abusive, offensive, or inappropriate language.
- Damage school property or the belongings of others.
- Bring prohibited items or objectionable materials to school.
- Misuse mobile phones, social media, or electronic devices.
- Participate in any activity that compromises the safety or well-being of others.
Code of Conduct for Teachers & Staff
Teachers and staff play a vital role in shaping young minds and are expected to maintain the highest standards of professionalism and ethics.
Teachers and Staff Shall:
- Treat every student with dignity, fairness, and respect.
- Promote an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Encourage academic excellence, creativity, and character development.
- Act with honesty, integrity, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Maintain confidentiality of student and school information.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Ensure the safety, welfare, and well-being of students under their care.
- Continuously enhance their professional knowledge and teaching practices.
- Serve as positive role models through their conduct and behavior.
Teachers and Staff Shall Not:
- Engage in any form of discrimination, favoritism, or misconduct.
- Use corporal punishment or any form of physical or emotional abuse.
- Misuse their position for personal gain.
- Share confidential information without authorization.
Code of Conduct for Parents & Guardians
Parents are important partners in the educational journey of every child. Their cooperation helps create a supportive and successful learning environment.
Parents Shall:
- Ensure regular attendance and punctuality of their child.
- Support the school’s academic and disciplinary policies.
- Maintain respectful communication with teachers and school staff.
- Attend parent-teacher meetings and school events whenever possible.
- Encourage positive behavior, discipline, and responsible use of technology.
- Monitor their child’s academic progress and online activities.
- Inform the school promptly regarding any concerns affecting the child’s well-being.
- Respect school procedures, policies, and decisions.
Parents Shall Not:
- Use abusive language or engage in inappropriate behavior toward school staff or other parents.
- Spread misinformation or engage in activities that may disrupt the school environment.
- Encourage behavior that contradicts school values and discipline.
Digital Responsibility
All members of the KGPS community are expected to use digital platforms responsibly.
- Practice safe and respectful online communication.
- Protect personal information and privacy.
- Avoid cyberbullying, harassment, or misuse of social media.
- Use school technology resources only for educational purposes.
- Report any inappropriate online behavior to the school authorities.
Safety & Well-Being
KGPS is committed to providing a safe and secure environment for all students.
- Bullying, harassment, and discrimination are strictly prohibited.
- Any behavior that threatens the safety or dignity of others will be addressed seriously.
- Students, parents, and staff should immediately report safety concerns to school authorities.
- School transportation and campus safety rules must be followed at all times.
